Lucid Dreaming Protocol

  • My awakenings and deep meditations have taught me how to navigate countless dimensions through the dream realm. Those who sleep only dream of mental projections—those who heal and connect can access portals to knowledge and advanced healing. We must use our dreams to grow, evolve, and challenge ourselves. Every dream is a coded message. Every dream is an opportunity to create less fear and practice powers that can be used in all realities.

Step-by-Step Mastery

  • Daily Reality Checks – The Foundation of Awakening Perform 5–10 reality checks every day. Each time you do one, look around and ask: "Am I awake or dreaming right now?

    • Try to push your finger through your opposite palm (in dreams, it passes through).

    • Look at your hands—count fingers, then look away and back (they distort in dreams). And sometimes you will not have 5 fingers and you might have a flipper.

    • Read text twice (it changes in dreams).

    • Pinch your nose and try to breathe (you can in dreams).

    • phone reminders every 1–2 hours.

  • Bring Waking Awareness Into Dreams

    • The moment lucidity hits (you realize you're dreaming), do not panic or you will wake up. Think calm thoughts. Be excited, but not too excited. Rub your hands together or take some breaths. You may meet with guides, channel kundalini energy or go God-mode and do whatever you desire. Try to fly in space or open a portal.

  • Dream Journaling – Receive Messages from Your Higher Self

    • Keep a dedicated journal by your bed. Upon waking, write everything—even fragments—before moving. Review weekly for symbols, recurring themes, or direct guidance. Keeping your dreams on your mind is a great tool to keep having lucid dreams. Also talk about them with people and post about them on social media, as I do.

  • Advanced Techniques

    • Mnemonic Induction (MILD): As you fall asleep, repeat: "I will know I'm dreaming and I will go God-mode."

    • Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB): If you wake up in the middle of the night, it is your best chance to lucid dream if you do the above, grow your awareness, focus and set the intention.

    • Dream Incubation: Before bed, ask: "Reveal my next step to awaken," or "Challenge me to face my fears."

  • Common Challenges & Solutions

    • No dream recall? → Set stronger intention + journal religiously.

    • Lose lucidity quickly? → Stabilize immediately—engage senses (touch, spin).

    • Nightmares arise? → FACE THEM—be a warrior, send love/light, command darkness to be dispelled. You're the master here. NO FEAR NO FEAR NO FEAR. It is your creation.

  • Next Level: Personal Guidance

    • I've mastered this through years of direct experience—God-mode, flying through space, opening portals, taking plant medicines, time travel, meeting with ascended masters and other people.  If you're serious about accelerating awakening, book a session and I will help you master yourself, lucid dreaming, and bringing awareness into your dreams. I am now aware through every sleep cycle.
