HEALING PROTOCOL
Wake Up Routine

  • Wake up without an alarm clock only when fully healed and restored for the night. NEVER touch your phone, start any work immediately, or even think about work.

  • Absolutely no caffeine, if your goal is to heal, operate at the highest levels and vibration—caffeine disconnects you, puts you in a low vibration, and destroys you in every way.

  • Eliminate waste from your body.

  • Softly brush away bad bacteria from teeth, then rinse.

  • Proceed immediately outside to reset your circadian rhythm and calm your mind. Sit in the lotus position facing the sun, and stare in its direction without looking directly at it, with your eyes open. Allow the chirps of the birds to heal you. Take some deep breaths in through the nose and calm the mind.​​

HEALING PROTOCOL
Morning Routine

  • 30-60 minutes after the first juice, juice 1-3 cups of celery juice.

  • Now you may set your intention and plan your day. Affirmations are a great way to remind yourself of what you want to be.

  • 5 minutes of red light therapy on your face is an option to help heal your skin and eyes, and 10 minutes of infrared plus red light on your body, stomach, and down below.

FASTING PROTOCOL

  • Fast when it calls

    • Practice intermittent fasting 16-20 hours a day​

      • One or two main meals during the feeding window​

      • snack on fruit if you struggle

    • Do a 2-day fast every few weeks

    • Do a 3-5 day fruit  & juice cleanse a few times a year or more

    • Do a 5-7 day water fast once or twice a year

    • Stay away from nuts, seeds, fats, avocado, oils in the first half of the day​—focus on cleansing the body and eating high-energy foods

ExERCISE PROTOCOL

Before and after a workout or hike: Bee bread, banana/dark maple syrup or Enlighten Smoothie

WARRIOR ROUTINE

  • Full body workout every 2 days. If you miss a day, do the next day, no matter what, forever.

    • Train midday when your body is awake and warm and make sure you do a proper full-body warm-up before going hard​

    • ​10-30 minutes of cardio and 20-40 minutes of lifting

      • Rotate chest, shoulder and back days

      • Always do a leg and ab lift​​

 

GLADIATOR ROUTINE

  • Workout every day, but you must be following this protocol and be fully healing

  • Train midday when your body is awake and warm and make sure you do a proper full-body warm-up before going hard​

    • ​10-30 minutes of cardio

      • Lift every 2 days. If you miss a day, do the next day, no matter what, forever.

        • Rotate chest, shoulder and back days

        • Always do a leg and ab lift

  • One Warrior day every 2 weeks. If you miss a week, do the next week, no matter what, forever.

    • Climb a literal Mountain as high and as far as you can go, as long as you are fully rested, healed and restored.​

    • If you aren't able to climb a mountain, do 30 to 60 minutes of intense workouts at a gym.​​

  • Working a job that you are passionate about is a huge with healing.

  • Often give back in some way or plan to.

  • Journal & write

    • Download the app "Google Keep" and document all your thoughts, as well as to-do lists, to clear your mind.​

    • Have a book in development

    • Have a business plan in development

  • Create music, practice singing and play instruments.

  • Take care of crops and gardening - minimally, sprout some food

  • Headstands & hangs & stretching & yoga

  • Switch from teeth oil pulling and flossing every day

WIND DOWN ROUTINE

  • Sungaze the last 30 minutes of the sun​​

    • One of the most underrated ways to charge and gain much power

  • ​​Cool down sleep area (we must drop our temperature to get deep sleep)​​​

  • Brush acidic build-up off of teeth​​​​​​​

  • ​​​Stay away from phones, screens & blue light (wear blue light glasses) as well as any energy that isn't calm​​​

  • Cool your vagus nerve by putting your entire face in a bowl of ice water for 30 seconds or take a cool shower to calm the mind.

  • Retain Your Seed

    • Grow your awareness of your power when you refrain from sexual desires

    • Bathe if you're full of dirt or if you spent time in cities or around people and chaos​​​​​​

  • Do at least one form of advanced healing below

  • Meditate, reflect, journal, read, yoga, stretch

  • Lemon balm, chamomile and valerian root can help calm you

  • NO MORE THAN 300 mg of melatonin

SLEEP PROTOCOL

  • Never set an alarm; GO TO BED EARLIER & appropriately wind down hours before bedtime to clear your mind and prepare.
​​
  • 30 minutes before bedtime, you can have some mango, cherries, kiwi or honey, if you struggle to sleep through the night, but an empty stomach and calm mind is best. You can also have some honey when you wake up in the middle of the night. Never, never, never sleep with a stomach full of food. Have your last big meal many hours (6-8) before bedtime.

  • Just because you were unconscious throughout the night, it doesn't mean you got productive deep sleep​. Sleeping, which should be called healing, is one of the best ways to raise your vibration.
​​
  • You must sleep alone--no people or pets in the same room. END OF DISCUSSION.​​
​​
  • If you must sleep on our side, the left side is much better for digestion and blood flow, but sleeping on the back is much better for alignment, breathing, your heart and more. I recommend a side sleeper pillow to slide under your hip.
​​
  • Sleep naked on an all-natural bed--​latex or organic cotton. I highly recommend sleeping on and covering with healing linen or a grounding sheet. I sleep on linen and cover with a grounding sheet plugged into the wall.
​​
  • I'm okay with air-purifying plants; some say their energy isn't calming.
​​
  • LOCKED DOWN so nobody can get in and NEVER allow people to wake you up for any reason.
​​​​
  • Do not sleep with your feet toward the door.
​​
  • Try sleeping in different directions. Head to the south and east have different positive effects.
​​
  • Phone off/airplane mode, but keep it by your bed just in case you need to write something down to free it from your mind. First, put on blue light-blocking glasses.
​​
  • Wifi off. I also turn off the power to my room. EMF is no joke.
​​
  • Keep it cool or cold with lots of blankets. Your body must drop its temperature to get deep, healing sleep, but being too cold can also harm sleep.​​​​
​​
  • Remove or unplug electronics and cover TV darkness portal.
​​
  • Completely darken your room or use a convex eyeshade that doesn't disturb deep sleep.
​​
​​
  • Download the app "White Noise" or "Atmosphere" & play brown noise on a speaker with bass.

ADVANCED HEALING PROTOCOL

  • Sauna

    • Non-toxic, antimicrobial cedar, low EMF, dry heat is best, or infrared that can hit 170-190​ for 20 minutes.

    • I have a Heavenly Sauna with medical-grade red light, and I love it

    • Only use it when it calls. Hours after working out and eating.

  • Cold Shower​

    • Very good after a sauna. Not good in the morning. I do not recommend cold plunges, unless you are exercising in nature. They are very hard on the organs and never keep your head under.​

  • Hyperbaric Chamber

    • I use my Summit To Sea hyperbaric most days, 1-2 hours. They are good people.

    • All studies show reverse aging, repair of peripheral neuronal fibers, promotion of small blood vessel formation, stimulation of collagen synthesis, reduction of inflammation, decreased oxidative stress, increased cerebral blood flow and neuroprotection, and promotion of bone repair...

  • Deep Tissue Massages​

    • Very underrated for healing​

    • I also recommend the Thera Gun

  • Muscle Cupping​

    • Must try this​

  • PRF

    • This is the future of healing. We will one day teach our children.

    • I draw my own blood, spin it, and give myself a vampire facial(micro-needling), facial injections, hairline injections and 5-10 ml intramuscular injections.

  • Plasmapheresis

    • I highly recommend getting your blood cleaned with this process

    • Donate blood if you do not have your period, do PRF are unable to do plasmapheresis to cycle in some new blood.

  • Intravenous Mesenchymal Stem Cells

    • Maybe the best of all of these practices. ​​​​

SICK PROTOCOL​

STOP EATING & FAST

  • Stop eating immediately. You do not need food in your tummy to feel better and you do not need energy from food to fight your sickness. The main reason why you're sick is that you overeat. Your body heals and fights sickness best when it's not digesting food.

TURN OFF YOUR BRAIN, DO NOT MOVE & SLEEP AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

  • You must give up the work and do not push through workouts. Everything extra you do will prolong your detox and exacerbate your sickness. Watch movies and binge TV shows where you don't have to think.

Get Sun

  • You are sick because you are pale walking death and do not get enough sun. You will heal faster if you get daily sun exposure. If it is winter, go midday. 10-20 minutes each side. If it is warmer, go in the morning or evening.

HYDRATE

  • Drink plenty of water with added minerals or juice from celery or cucumbers to help flush your system. Drinking water alone will flush out the good and bad. You must mineralize your body.
