HEALING PROTOCOL
My Typical Healing Day
- Wake up after being fully healed and restored, around 7 am and do my full WAKE UP ROUTINE

30 minutes later, I juice one large bunch of celery, hold it to my forehead and heart to connect and welcome it, and love and enjoy is as I drink.

I cut up and put 2 large sweet potatoes in my pressure cooker

5 Minutes of Red Light Therapy on my face—15 Minutes of Red Light Therapy + NIR on my body and down below.

30-60 minutes later, a few times a week, I have melon

I drain and stir potatoes, let them cool, and place in the fridge, making them more efficient to digest and healing.

30-60 minutes later, have my Detox & Enlighten Smoothie

Take Vitamins & Supplements.

Jump on the trampoline while doing my Kundalini warrior movements.

A few times a week, I film social media.

1.5 hours Hyperbaric Chamber.

Edit social media, meditate, and chant

Eat 1/2 banana + 2 tbsp of dark maple sugar 15 min before workout.

Get some more sun, clean the Enlightnement Lagoon and do some more Kundalini warrior movements for a warmup + knees overtoes warrior stretches.

Replenish my energy and recover with

some fruit—passion, dragon, grapefruit, oranges...

Cook 1 cup of millet and 1 cup gluten-free chickpea pasta with asparagus and 1-2 herbs (rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme) in a pressure cooker.
