Eagle Vortex Awakening Sanctuary Liability Waiver

 

Every guest who enters and/or stays at Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary shall be required to sign this Liability Waiver form upon arrival at the property. Refusal to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of the guest’s reservation, healing and spiritual retreats and the deposit paid to secure the reservation shall be forfeited.

Acknowledgement of Risks

 

The guest named below voluntarily acknowledges the potential risks and/or consequences associated with being a guest at/of Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary, which may include, but not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, and loss of life arising from various factors, including the natural state of the land, the presence of wildlife, equipment, or other hazards.

 

Assumption of Risk

 

The guest named below voluntarily accepts and assumes the potential risks and/or consequences associated with being a guest at/of Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary, which may include, but not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, and loss of life arising from various factors, including the natural state of the land, the presence of wildlife, equipment, as well as any and all other hazards.

 

Duration

 

This waiver shall be applicable for the entire duration of the guest’s reservation. If applicable, the duration shall include any and all days the reservation is extended for any reason whatsoever. If applicable, it shall begin with pickup at the airport and end at delivery back to the airport.

 

Locations

 

This waiver shall apply to any and all buildings, dwellings, fixtures, recreation areas inside and outside on Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary property, as well as to the land itself, in any of our vehicles for any and all purposes, and while visiting any and all off-site locations.

 

Release and Waiver of Liability

 

By signing this Liability Waiver, the guest named below releases and discharges the owner(s) and employees, both personally and professionally, of Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary, their heirs, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or lawsuits of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in any way relating to any injury, damage, or loss sustained while as a guest of Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
